We encourage CSEA-represented employees to work with their supervisor to select the courses most suited for their work and personal goals. You may apply for any courses offered, even if it is not related to your current job.

It is easy for you to:

  • Choose a course that meets your job-related training, professional development, or personal development needs.
  • Enroll through the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) or by completing the Skills for Success application form.
  • Attend online courses or webinars at your convenience on your computer or mobile device.

We hope you will choose from the many learning opportunities that can help you prepare for the challenges and demands of your current job and future career opportunities.
